یادگیری عمیق بدون نظارت مبتنی بر LSTM برای شناسایی ناهنجاری در نقشه 1:100000 کجان، مرکز ایران

چکیده
مدل‌سازی پتانسیل معدنی به‌عنوان یکی از ابزارهای کلیدی در اکتشاف، با چالش‌هایی نظیر پیچیدگی روابط غیرخطی، ناهمگونی داده‌ها و محدودیت داده‌های برچسب‌خورده مواجه است. در این پژوهش، یک رویکرد یادگیری عمیق بدون نظارت و هیبریدی مبتنی بر شبکه حافظه طولانی کوتاه مدت به‌منظور شناسایی نواحی مستعد کانه‌زایی ارائه شده است. این مدل قادر است بدون نیاز به داده‌های آموزشی برچسب‌خورده، ساختارهای پنهان، شباهت‌ها و ناهنجاری‌ها را در داده‌های زمین‌شناسی استخراج نماید. در گام نخست، ویژگی‌های استخراج‌شده توسط الگوریتم خوشه‌بندی BIRCH گروه‌بندی شدند و سپس با بهره‌گیری از شاخص پیش‌بینی-مساحت (P-A)، که نسبت تجمعی نقاط معدنی به مساحت پیش‌بینی‌شده را ارزیابی می‌کند، نواحی با بیشترین پتانسیل معدنی تفکیک گردیدند. به‌منظور ارزیابی کارایی مدل، این رویکرد در برگه یکصد هزار کجان در استان اصفهان، به‌عنوان منطقه‌ای با پتانسیل کانه‌زایی مس-طلا، پیاده‌سازی شد. داده‌های ورودی شامل لایه‌های دگرسانی، ژئوشیمی، گسل‌ها و توده‌های نفوذی بوده که پس از فازی‌سازی، به‌عنوان ورودی به مدل اعمال شدند. نتایج نشان داد که مدل پیشنهادی با تخصیص 72 درصد از نقاط معدنی شناخته‌شده به کمتر از 30 درصد از مساحت منطقه، توانایی مناسبی در شناسایی الگوهای پیچیده و تفکیک نواحی امیدبخش معدنی دارد و نقشه‌های حاصل از آن با شواهد زمین‌شناسی منطقه همخوانی قابل قبولی دارند. در مقایسه با روش‌های متداول یادگیری نظارت‌شده، رویکرد پیشنهادی با حذف نیاز به داده‌های برچسب‌خورده و افزایش قدرت مدل‌سازی روابط غیرخطی، پتانسیل کاهش عدم قطعیت و بهبود دقت مدل‌سازی پتانسیل معدنی را دارد. این نتایج نشان می‌دهد که استفاده از مدل‌های یادگیری عمیق بدون نظارت، به‌ویژه مبتنی بر LSTM، می‌تواند به‌عنوان ابزاری مؤثر در اکتشاف ذخایر معدنی و بهینه‌سازی تصمیم‌گیری‌های اکتشافی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
