ارزیابی تاثیر نوع سنگدانه‌ها بر ویژگی‌های مکانیکی بتن و سطوح اتصال سنگدانه و سیمان

چکیده
هدف از این تحقیق بررسی تاثیر نوع سنگدانه (جنس، شکل و بافت سطحی) بر ویژگی‌های مکانیکی بتن (مقاومت فشاری) و سطوح اتصال بین خمیره سیمان و سنگدانه (بررسی مقاطع میکروسکوپی) در بتن­ می٬­باشد. مصالح سنگدانه‌ای استفاده شده برای ساخت بتن از انواع مختلف سنگ‌ها بر اساس نحوه تشکیل آن‌ها (رسوبی، آذرآواری و دگرگونی) از مناطق مختلف جغرافیایی استان تهران تهیه شده است. نمونه‌های انتخاب شده شامل آهک مارنی (سازند الیکا)، دولومیت (سازند سلطانیه)، توف (سازند کرج) و کوارتزیت (تاپ کوارتزیت) می­٬باشد. در ابتدا ویژگی‌های فیزیکی (وزن واحد حجم اشباع، تخلخل و جذب آب) سنگ­٬های منتخب تعیین شده است. در مرحله بعد، بلوک٬­های سنگی موجود به ذراتی به اندازه شن و ماسه خرد شده که از بخشی از آن با استفاده از دستگاه لس آنجلس، سنگدانه گرد تهیه شده است. برخی از ویژگی‌های سنگدانه مثل بافت سطحی، شکل، کانیشناسی و دانه بندی تعیین شد. سپس با استفاده از طرح اختلاط ثابت با نسبت آب به سیمان 0/55، برای هر نوع سنگدانه، دو نمونه در دو شکل گرد شده و زاویه دار، یک نمونه برای مطالعه میکروسکوپی و یک نمونه برای بررسی مقاومت فشاری ۷، 14، ۲۸ و ۹۰ روزه و یک نمونه نیز برای هر یک به عنوان نمونه شاهد تهیه گردید. از اینرو دراین مطالعه در مجموع 16 نمونه مختلف تهیه و مورد آزمایش قرار گرفت. بررسی مقاطع میکروسکوپی نشان دهنده وجود ناحیه انتقالی فصل مشترک با ضخامت ثابت در نمونه‌های بتن با سنگدانه آهکی و ضخامت متغیر در اطراف سنگدانه توفی است. همچنین بررسی٬­ها نشان می‌دهد که سنگدانه آهکی با تخلخل مناسب و با برقراری واکنش با خمیر سیمان اتصال بهتری نسبت به سایر سنگدانه‌ها ایجاد می‌کند. مقایسه نتایج مقاومت فشاری نیز نشان می‌دهد بتن ساخته شده با سنگدانه زاویه­٬دار نسبت به سنگدانه گرد شده در همان جنس، مقاومت به مراتب بیشتری دارد. به طور کلی بهترین سنگدانه‌ها برای استفاده در بتن، شامل سنگدانه­٬هایی هستند که قابلیت جذب آب پایینی داشته و تیز گوشه باشند و حاشیه واکنشی آن‌ها در کوتاه مدت سرعت رشد بالاتری داشته باشد. سنگدانه­٬های آهکی در این گروه قرار می‌گیرند.
